At Your Song Hub, each song we create is uniquely crafted and personalized based on the details you provide. Because of the custom nature of our service, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

• Once production of your custom song has begun, no refunds will be issued.

• This includes cases where you change your mind or decide you no longer want the order.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

• If you request a cancellation before we begin working on your project, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion (less any transaction fees).

3. Revisions

• Each order includes 2 Style revisions. Reach out at info@yoursonghub.com

• Additional revisions may be purchased separately.

4. Non-Delivery

• If we are unable to deliver your song due to our own fault or circumstances beyond your control, a full refund will be issued.

5. Digital Product Nature

• All deliveries are made in digital format (MP3/WAV via email or download link).

• Because digital files cannot be “returned,” refunds are strictly limited to the conditions stated above.
