These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with Your Song Hub, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We create and deliver custom songs based on the information you provide. Final delivery is digital (MP3/WAV) via email or download link.

2. Payments

• Full payment is required before work begins.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

3. Delivery Time

• Typical delivery is 7–14 business days, unless express creation is requested

• Larger or more complex projects may take longer.

4. Revisions

• Each order includes 2 Style revisions. Reach out at info@yoursonghub.com

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once production has started.

• If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Usage Rights

• Personal Use: Songs may be used for private listening, events, and sharing with family/friends.

• Commercial Use: Required if you plan to use songs for business, advertising, streaming, or resale.

• Unless otherwise agreed, Your Song Hub retains the copyright to all works.

7. Intellectual Property

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work without proper licensing.

• We reserve the right to showcase non-private songs (snippets only) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for technical issues (e.g., failed downloads, email delivery errors, third-party outages). However, we will do our best to accommodate any technical issues preventing you from accessing the file. 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida/United States.
